  • Promotion Period: The offer is valid from February 26th to March 31st, 2024.
  • Eligibility: Must be 18 years or older.  Employees of Zeus Electrical Systems and their immediate families are not eligible.
  • Entry: Customers automatically enter the draw with each qualified purchase of a surge protector installation (Limit one (1) Per Household).
  • Prize Draw: The draw will be conducted on April 1st, and the winner will be notified by email or phone within 2 day(s).
  • Prize Details: The $1,000 Visa card cannot be exchanged for cash, and Zeus Electrical Systems is not responsible for any lost or stolen cards.
  • Installation Measures: Surge protectors are rated to be installed in all electrical panels - however due to number of existing circuits or breaker availability we may require additional breakers (at additional costs) to provide safe & compliant installations.

While our surge protectors are designed to significantly reduce the risk of damage to your electronics, customers should be aware of the following:


1. **Product Limitations**: Zeus installed surge protectors are intended to protect against sudden increases in voltage caused by electrical grid events and are not designed to protect against direct lightning strikes or other catastrophic events, commonly referred to as "acts of God". 


2. **Warranty and Liability**: Zeus warranties the installation workmanship for a period of one year (please see warranty tab on invoices provided) following the installation date. However, Zeus is not responsible for any faulty units, malfunctions, or product issues that arise after installation. The manufacturer's warranty, as provided with your surge protector unit, will cover product defects or failures (as outlined in the product information sheets included with purchase).


3. **Exclusions**: Zeus will not be held liable for any damage to electronics, property, or persons resulting from direct lightning strikes, "acts of God", misuse of the surge protector, or issues arising from faulty electrical wiring existing prior to installation.


4. **Customer Responsibility**: Customers are encouraged to review their home insurance policies to understand what coverage is provided for surge-related damage. It is also the customer's responsibility to ensure that their electrical systems are in good working order and comply with local building codes and standards.


5. **Claims**: Any claims for damage or malfunction believed to be related to the surge protector unit must be directed to the manufacturer under the terms of their warranty. Zeus is committed to assisting customers in facilitating these claims with the manufacturer when possible. Please see the Eaton warranty, claims and information sheet regarding any damages, claims or questions.
